If steam wants to rejoin then let him ... steam is an OK player .... but FIRST tell him to go to this site and post tell him to post that he wants to join .... and that he HAS to check forums once a week ... or as often as he can .... tell him that first

if steam doesnt check forums ... he will get kicked out of clan .... ANY CLAN will kick members that dont check forums .... forums are made for a reason ....

steam doesnt post.. thats why he was kicked out last time and he wont change.. so he cant be L$ if he doesnt post or even check
